Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The website www.allthingsbaked.com (“the website”) is owned and operated by All Things Baked Ltd, trading as ‘allthingsbaked.com’. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” are references to All Things Baked Ltd. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10217198),
Your use of this website and purchase of any products from this website is at all times subject to these Terms and Conditions. By accessing our website you agree to our Terms and Conditions set out below. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue use of our website immediately.
This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. The Terms and Conditions applicable to your access to and use of this website will be the version that is current and displayed on the website as at each date you access the website. Your use of the website after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes.
Availability of website
Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that our website services will be available all of the time, meet your requirements or be problem free. If a problem occurs in the service, please report it to us (see below for contact details) and we will correct the problem as soon as we can to the best of our ability.
Your access to the website may be occasionally restricted to allow for changes, maintenance or the introduction of new products or services. We will restore the service as soon as we can. In the event that our website is unavailable, our usual order and cancellation deadlines apply and also if you have made an order during this time we will continue to communicate with you through email and if there is anything else you require then please notify at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To enter into a contract through this website to purchase products from us, the following steps must be taken:
You must add the products you wish to purchase to your basket.
You will then need to go to your basket and follow the on-screen steps (including providing payment and delivery information) to complete your order.
Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Orders may be processed as soon as they are received so you may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has been confirmed. We cannot accept responsibility if incorrect details are given.
We will then send you an order confirmation by email (at which point your order will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email if we are unable to meet your order.
All Things Baked subscription boxes should be ordered, managed and cancelled by registering and logging into our subscription website www.allthingsbaked.com or we should be notified by email.
All products shown on our site are subject to availability. If any product you have ordered is not available, we will contact you to let you know if you are happy to change it or whether you would like a refund.
The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only and your products may vary slightly from those images.
Also please note that we do not include refrigerated items and store cupboard ingredients in our boxes so please read each recipe and make sure that you are aware which items will need to be added to the recipe before we are contacted about missing items.
We may occasionally change the products available on our website, and we do not undertake to continue to supply any particular product or type of product.
If you have a subscription order with us via the website www.allthingsbaked.com and the box that you have subscribed to are the ones you will receive on a monthly basis. Therefore please make sure that the box you have chosen suits your dietary requirements. If there are particular dietary requirements that your chosen box doesn’t explain please email us at email@example.com.
If there is a problem with your order we must be notified within 10 days of posting your order and we will be able to help you resolve it. If we are notified after this time then we will not be able to resolve your issue. (If there are damages-we will require photographic evidence).
If you have purchased a subscription through an offer code the terms and conditions stated must be honoured, if the subscription is cancelled we may send you an invoice for the outstanding payment without sending you the boxes. Therefore please do not subscribe if you are not going to honour the commitment for using the discount/offer coupon code.
Prices for our products are as stated on our site and may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order after we have dispatched the products relating to that order.
All amounts stated in these terms and conditions or on our website are stated inclusive of VAT.
If you have made an order and made the payment and the prices change you will still pay the same price that was stated when you placed your order. However prices can be change without notice and new orders will pay the new price.
In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which will be notified to you as part of the checkout process and before the order is confirmed. If there is no notification then delivery is free.
If you buy a gift subscription then full payment is expected to be paid upfront. No refunds can be given. All details of the recipient has to be added to the shipping details. Gift subscriptions are sent on the same day as the monthly subscription baking boxes.
Wooden baking tools set- Our wooden baking tool set has to be paid upfront- If sold through our website please allow 7 working days for delivery otherwise if it is being sold through Amazon please check their terms and conditions and delivery times. We will offer discounts for subscribers to our boxes and these codes will be emailed to certain subscribers that take an interest in purchasing the box. We do not allow the code to be shared so it can be used multiple times. If this does occur then delivery will not be made to that customer and a refund will be given.
You must, during the checkout process, pay the prices of the products you order. You will have an option to pay via debit or credit card.
Payment is taken for all orders prior to the order being dispatched so please ensure that all details given to us are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given nor can we accept responsibility if incorrect address details are given. If you order has arrived at the address you provided and is incorrect we will not accept responsibility and a refund will not be given. Therefore a new order with correct details will have to be placed.
If you have subscribed you may only cancel after you have received your first box if you are not happy with it. If the next order is already being processed you may not cancel as you will still be charged for that box. Therefore until that box has been completed, only then can you email us to cancel your subscription. We do not allow for customers to subscribe to claim a free box or a half price box and then cancel with their subscription immediately. So please make sure you subscribe with an intention to join for the rights reasons. If we feel that a customer has not joined for the right reasons we may cancel their order and process a refund and will not be sending out a box.
We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process. We always ship to the exact address details you enter, so make sure to check you’ve given us the correct information before you place your order. If you’re unsure, try the Post Office address finder as we can’t accept liability for late or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address.
Please note that we only send out our baking boxes once a month, however if you wish to have additional boxes you can order more in between these times. This is only exclusive to monthly subscribers and you may choose what you would like. If we have that particular box in stock we would be more than happy to send that to you.
Orders placed will be processed in the first week of every month. So please subscribe by the date stated on the website if you wish to join. Orders will be shipped out approximately on the 10th of every month (If the 10th falls on a weekend the baking boxes may be shipped out the next working day.) So please make sure you subscribe by the cut off date as we only ship our boxes once a month to all customers. If you subscribe after the delivery date your order will not be sent out until the following month’s delivery date. Orders will be sent out via Royal Mail 2nd class post for UK orders. No order tracking is available for this service and proof of delivery is not obtained. The actual delivery times may vary according to our stock availability, your delivery address, when you make your order preferences and circumstances impacting delivery by the postal service which are out of our control and cannot accept responsibility for. You will not hold us responsible for any delays, which relate to the delivery of boxes. We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notification. We will try and make sure that your orders reach you within 14 days of when you place the order. We do guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched as soon as possible, however there can be delays due to stock availability and delays due to busy periods. If your box does not arrive on time, please let us know via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will deal with your query as soon as we can. Also if you require your delivery early please notify us by email and the reason for early delivery and we will do the best we can (a small fee may be charged). Subscription and delivery are available for UK customers only.
If you are out when your parcel is delivered and miss it, your postal carrier should leave a card at the address with information about collection or re-delivery. The postage provider will hold the box for 18 days before returning it to us and it is your responsibility to contact them to arrange receipt of the box as soon as you can. Due to the perishable nature of the food, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing the box if this process has not been followed. (UK only)
If you have not received your box and have not been left a card to say that the delivery has been attempted, please contact Royal Mail to check whether they have the box. You can find your local delivery office here: http://www.royalmail.com/delivery-and-collection-office-finder. If Royal Mail are not holding the box for you, please contact us on email@example.com to report the problem. A reasonable allowance of time will need to be made for any delivery delays before we are able to take action.
We reserve the right to cancel your account with us if it becomes apparent that, in our sole opinion, the postal service in your area is too unreliable. We strive to deliver our boxes to you in perfect condition, however if your box arrives damaged or faulty, then we always want to know about it as this may be due to the Royal Mail. Please contact our customer services team on info@allthingsbakedcom.
We retain the right to request a return of any faulty goods by recorded delivery and proof of pictures on the products and their damages before they are sent back to us for inspection.
If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods. If a refund is agreed then we will refund money using the same method used to make the payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, for any or no reason. One reason that we may do so is if we believe that you are in breach of any obligation under these Terms and Conditions. If we terminate your use of our service as a result of a breach of any obligation under these Terms and Conditions, such termination would be immediate and may be without notice.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
If you’re not happy to continue your subscription then you may cancel at any time by logging into your account or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please await confirmation of cancellation by email. However if you have recently made a payment for a box then we will not be able to refund that amount back to you if you cancel within that period of time. If you wish to put your account on hold for a period of time (for example if you are going on holiday, simply email us and let us know and we will arrange that for you.) Please also email us back as soon as you wish to reactivate your account.
We do not allow for customers to subscribe to claim a free box or a discounted box and then cancel with their subscription immediately. So please make sure you subscribe with an intention to join for the rights reasons. You must not cancel as soon as you subscribe and can only cancel once you have received your first box if you are not happy with it. If you do cancel after your first box for us to confirm we require some feedback on the reasons for cancellation.
If you are not happy with your purchase we may not be able to offer you a refund, however we would love to hear your feedback so please email us so we can improve our products for future orders.
