4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

We know that times are tough at the moment and it’s hard finding your favourite treats! However we can help with simple recipes that are not only delicious but are also simple to make! For all of you that are at home and want to eat yummy bakes without leaving the house you can make these 4 ingredient peanut butter cookies…

 

Ingredients you will need:

-225g peanut butter (you can either choose smooth or crunch it’s entire up to you)
 
-200g golden caster sugar
 
-1 large egg
 
-50g chocolate chips (you can also use dried fruit)

Method:
 
1) Start off by pre-heating your oven to 160C/ gas mark 4 and line 2 baking trays with grease proof paper.

2) Next mix the peanut butter and golden caster sugar with a wooden spoon until well combined. Then add in the egg and mix again until it forms a dough. Finally add in your choice of either chocolate chips or dried fruit.

3) Now you have the dough take equal amounts and roll small balls into your hands and then place onto the baking trays, pressing the dough down so it’s flat. Repeat this until you have finished all the dough and make sure you leave at least a 5CM gap between each one.

4) Bake the cookies in the oven for approximately 10-12 minutes or until golden brown! These cookies will last for at least 4 days in an airtight container so you can make a big batch and enjoy for longer!
